By accessing or using SmartLeave, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Use of Service
SmartLeave provides AI-driven holiday optimization tools. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the service.
3. Accuracy of Calculations
While our AI engine strives for 100% accuracy, the "Leave Multiplier" and optimization recommendations are provided "as is." Users are responsible for verifying all leave bookings with their employers and relevant HR systems. SmartLeave is not responsible for any leave booking errors.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
5. Intellectual Property
The SmartLeave platform, including its AI algorithms, UI design, and branded assets, is the property of SmartLeave and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SmartLeave be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
